FSK 101 Pedagogy and Communication is part of the Military Medical Officer Programme.
The student gains an understanding of the principles of modern teaching and didactics and becomes capable of achieving the best possible results in planning and delivering training for soldiers.
The theoretical curriculum is taught through team-based instruction and is actively applied through a high degree of student participation. Students take turns delivering lessons for one another—both on free and assigned topics—while feedback is provided through dialogue between the student, the team, and the instructors.

There is no requirement for prior teaching experience before attending the course.
