FSK 400 Military Basic Course is part of the basic training for healthcare personnel.
Through the programme, participants acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies within military and medical service subjects. Upon completion, the participant will be capable of performing individual soldier tasks, defending themselves, providing medical support under field conditions, and contributing to current and future operations as healthcare personnel.

The training is mandatory for all healthcare personnel who are to be deployed on international missions.
If the participant has prior military experience within a reasonable timeframe, FSK-CS-NKCSS may conduct an individual assessment and grant credit for all or parts of the course based on this evaluation.
It is recommended that this course be the first military course taken by the participant.
