On this page you will find frequently asked questions regarding e-certificates and the e-certificate portal.
How do I register as an instructor?
When you complete a first aid instructor course, you will be registered in our system on the final day of the course. If you are already an instructor, you will have received an email asking you to confirm your instructor agreement. Remember to check your spam folder!
May I issue certificates on behalf of others?
You may never issue certificates on behalf of anyone but yourself — not even in cases of illness or other circumstances.
I cannot log in – what do I do?
You can use the “forgot password” function. By following the instructions, you will receive a new code. If you are unsure which email address you registered with, you can contact fsk-ktp-frstehjlp@mil.dk.
How long are my participants’ certificates stored in the system?
For 2 years, after which they are deleted. They cannot be retrieved afterwards.
A participant has not received their certificate — what do I do?
This is often due to an incorrect email address being entered. It is not possible to search for a participant’s certificate centrally. It is solely the instructor’s responsibility. Therefore, the instructor must ensure that the correct information is collected from the participant at the end of the course.
How long is a first aid qualification (Q) valid?
FSK 260: First Aid Instructor Qualification is valid for the current year plus 5 years. This means a Q in FSK 260 always expires at the end of the calendar year.
FSK 262: The Defence’s 6-hour maintenance course is valid for 2 years from the date of completion.
FSK 263: The Defence’s 14-hour First Aid Course is valid for 2 years from the date of completion.
FSK 264: The Defence’s 28-hour First Aid Course is valid for 2 years from the date of completion.
Please note that the traffic-related first aid component of FSK 264 is only valid for 1 year from the date of completion.
I have not received or cannot remember my instructor login — who do I contact?
First, use the “forgot login” function. If this does not resolve the issue, you must contact fsk-ktp-frsethjlp@mil.dk
My participants have not received any email?
First, ask them to check their spam folder. As the instructor, you must ensure that you have the correct email address. You can update the participant’s email address in the certificate portal.
